Mother Laundry Ltd – a company duly organized and existing under the laws of Uganda with its affiliates (“Mother Laundry”, the “Company”, “We”).

Mother Laundry makes no representation that Mother Laundry Content or other information on the Website are appropriate or available for use outside Uganda, its territories, possessions and protectorates. If you access the Website from other locations, you do so at your own risk.
You are responsible for complying with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. You specifically agree to comply with all applicable laws concerning the transmission of technical data exported from Uganda or the country you reside in.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mother Laundry and its related companies, and their respective officers, employees, agents and the assigns of same, from and against any and all loss, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses), claims, damages and liabilities related to or associated with your use of the Website and any violation of this Policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mother Laundry and its affiliates, their officers, directors, employees, agents, distributors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from your breach of any of the foregoing provisions, representations or warranties, and/or from your placement or transmission of any content onto Mother Laundry's servers.
This Policy shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, as they are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Uganda.
If any provision of this Policy shall be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable for this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein.
